Showroom Hosts / Receptionists needed to work on a temporary basis for a car dealership based in Horsham.
As a Showroom Host and the first point of contact for customers and members of staff you will need to be well presented, portray a professional and polite telephone manner and be able to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively. First impressions are so important so you will need to be able to meet and greet the guest making them feel welcome.
At the beginning of the day you may be asked to check the incoming post and distribute to the correct manager and/or member of staff.
You will be required to collect the post and have ready for when Royal Mail come to collect it. You will be dealing with general enquiries face to face and on the phone and making sure that guests are looked after whilst in the waiting area and check the Showroom Host email address.
