Job Description

Location- London EC3
An office based role-no hybrid working arrangements
Hours 8-6 on a rota between 3 in the team

Our City based client is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist /facilities support administrator. You will not only be manning the front desk but also provide support to different areas of the business.

We are looking to speak to experienced candidates from a corporate environment who take pride in the delivery of their work. Key attributes include strong time management and organisational skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure and the flexibility to take on tasks outside of their remit on occasions. You will be liaising with all areas of the business as well as 3rd party stakeholders and contractors.

Responsibilities include managing reception and providing a 1st class service to visitors, meeting room bookings including refreshment/AV services, making travel arrangements ,booking hotels as well as organising catering for in house events and large meetings. You will also book couriers and taxis and man the switchboard for external calls on a rota basis.

As you can see this role is varied and interesting and requires someone with passion and drive to provide the best service possible. You will need a flexible and 'can do' attitude and should not mind being asked to collect a box of documents from the basement for example! If that is you we would love to hear from you.
