Job Description

We are looking for 3 Reconciliation Officers to work in government offices in Croydon

This is a temporary role.

Main duties include:

Occupancy reconciliation - Responsibility for ensuring ART considers and responds to 90% of provider discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt with consistently accurate payment decisions. Allocation of work and quality assurance of AO decisions and responses. Liaison with stakeholders for query and problem resolution.

Data Integrity - allocate resources to "data integrity" work and ensure 100% of incoming work is accurately completed in line with processes within 24 hours of receipt.

Reconsiderations - Allocate resources to reconcile reconsideration discrepancies. Ensure 100% work is completed correctly in line with policy and to agreed timescales and that any payments are accurately calculated.
Ensure work logs / stats updated. Provide briefing to senior managers on arising issues. Contribute to team meetings, leading or making notes when required.



The ideal candidate would have the following skills and attributes

Flexibility; willing and able to adapt to change or take on new / additional work as required
Focused / High level of attention to detail required
Good team player / collaborative working with colleagues and stakeholders
Good IT Skills (particularly Excel)
Good working knowledge of the CBP ,Atlas and CID (desirable)
Financial awareness


Security clearance: Prior to commencement, ALL temporary workers must be vetted to the specified level. This role requires CTC clearance. Due to this there will be some lead in time before this role starts.

£11.01 per hour rising to £14.84 per hour after 12 weeks
