If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's Knowsley office, you will be experienced on using the Proclaim system alongside reporting to the Finance Manager on a daily basis.

Your day to day responsibilities in this role will include:
Maintaining a close relationship between case handlers, funding administrators and accounts with regards to financial transactions on each particular client's cases.
Ensuring the process of receivable and payable balances are actioned and correct.
Ensuring monies received from the Funders are to the correct disbursement providers in agreed timescales.
Forwarding all daily remittances to suppliers.
Liaising with the funders when funds aren't matched to the statistics requested by PCSS.
Chasing up funding requests when payments have not been received and then to maintain accurate records of all chasing activity.
Posting daily slips accurately and then balancing them against the details on Novitas CivLit and Proclaim.
To successfully apply for this role, you must have the following:
Experience of using the Proclaim system.
Experience of using the Novitas CivLit system.
