We are currently recruiting for a Recovery Co time sheets on a Temporary basis, this is an exciting opportunity for a foot in the door with an established company who provide and excellent service.

Location - Sunderland
Start - time sheets
Type - Temporary (Ad hoc)
Pay rate - £9.00 - £10.00 per hour

To provide holistic support to adult service users entering the service and to coordinate their treatment for up to 16 weeks, including assessment, recovery coordination, PSI delivery and multi agency working.

Duties:

Manage a service user caseload and review on going care and treatment liaising closely with the full range of specialist workers within the multi-agency team, including family members and significant others as appropriate

Work in partnership and carry out joint key working to enable movement from semi structured to structured psycho-social interventions in order to improve recovery and social capital.

Support service users to access resources and services to increase their recovery capital to help them achieve their recovery goals and promote family, carer and service user involvement

To exercise excellent communication skills and therapeutic skills when dealing with service users, carers, and caring agencies.

The person:

Must be approachable, honest and reliable as well as hard working. Previous experience with working with vulnerable people is desired.

A full enhanced DBS is required for this particular role.
