Senior Recovery Practitioner

BS Social Care are currently looking for an experienced practitioner to work in supported housing for adults with a range of needs based in North London

Details of the role:
Position: Recovery Mental Health Practitioner
Location: North London
Part time- 3 months contract
Pay: £12.50 phr
37.5 hr per week

You will be expected to monitor, develop and share good practice across staff teams to ensure individuals and teams are better equipped to work with a greater range of challenging support needs.
What is expected of you?
To ensure all aspects of diversity and inclusion are adhered to whilst implementing the plans for a given service/location.
To provide high quality support to Service Users within the service/location
To promote and maintain an effective multi-disciplinary team approach to support.
To accept regular support and supervision from line manager.
To support and direct work of Support Workers, Peer Support and other Volunteers within the agreed policies and procedures.

Experience requirements:
QCF in Health and Social Care, ideally level 3 or equivalent.
Significant understanding of Mental Health Issues
Substantial experience of work within a Housing and Social Care background
Substantial Experience is dealing with 'high risk' clients and managing resources effectively
Experience in carrying out investigations and writing reports and recommendations
Ability to manage conflicting demands and priorities on time
