An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recovery Practitioner to support people with substance misuse and provide Drug and Alcohol Clinical Interventions.

You will be working for an established and reputable organisation that provides person centred, recovery focused Drug and Alcohol treatments.

Your duties will include providing clinical care for patients accessing Drug and Alcohol Clinical Interventions and provide guidance regarding treatment, harm reduction and patient education. You will provide training , induction, support and mentorship to the team, proactively identify and manage treatment plans for patients at risk, liaise with external agencies and ensure a high standard of care for patients under your management and support other members of the team to do likewise.

We are looking for a passionate, professional, motivated and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent and have atleast 2 years experience supporting people with substance misuse.

This is a full time position working Monday-Friday, with a excellent salary of £22,172 - £25,986 plus exciting training opportunities and professional development.
