BS Social Care are recruiting for 5 Recovery Workers in the Leicester area of Leicestershire. This is a full time and permanent role and will be offering a Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm timetable for £17,004.

A laptop and phone will be provided to the successful candidates as there will be lots of remote working.

About the employer; this employer works with individuals already living in their own homes. They offer information, advice and navigation services to people looking for local support, and 1:1 community recovery support for people suffering with a mental health problem. Holding a recovery focus, community recovery support aims to empower people so they can more readily manage their mental health and live successfully in the community

About the job; To provide information, advice and navigation service. One to one support focussing on individual strengths, needs and aspirations for individuals who are experiencing mental illness.

About the ideal candidate;
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (pref)
Experience of working in mental health, or similar
Experience of identifying and co-ordinating a range of services to meet individual needs.
Experience of supporting individuals to engage with community activities.
Full driving licence and access to own transport with appropriate business insurance (pref)
