Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Mental Health recovery worker to join a leading specialist provider that tailors support to individuals for community-based support

You will be working for an excellent provider in one of Our specialist models of care and support enables and promotes a person's optimum functioning. to achieve successful outcomes for people who have complex needs.
Day-to-day, you`ll support a young lady in her own home with day-to-day life skills to achieve greater independence, support and self-esteem. You will support with PEG feeding, being out in the community and offering peer support with the individual who has full capacity and makes her own decisions.
The ideal candidate will be great listener, with a flexible approach and able to prioritise a busy workload, you will love motivating and engaging people in a range of rehabilitative activities. What`s more, you will have a good understanding of mental health issues and how they affect people. And must be ok with Dogs.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Health and Social care or willing to work towards this and relevant Mental Health experience but not essential, be adaptable and resilient with adaptable personality and easy going.

This is a full time of 37.5 hours a week working from 8am-8pm Salary of £20000 - £24750 Plus increments with exciting training,
