Recruitment Campaign Manager -

Main tasks and duties include:
" Designing, implementing, and managing resourcing campaigns for a range of vacancies across the department, from inception to completion.
" Building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders with all levels of seniority, to provide effective resourcing advice and exceptional levels of customer service.
" Managing and providing solutions-based responses to resourcing queries.
" Developing and implementing initiatives to attract candidates to vacancies.
" Managing and leading on resourcing related projects, working with colleagues in HR and across the department.
" Ownership of the end to end customer experience
