Job Description

In partnership with a recognised Birmingham based provider, who work with the most disadvantaged children and young people across the region, keeping them safe, happy, and healthy, I am actively recruiting for a recruiter to manage their existing master vendor contract and deliver success in the field of FTC and permanent recruitment.

You will join the organisation at an exciting period of growth and become a pivotal part of a fast, developing team.

This is a hybrid position, which will require you to split your time between working from home and a centralised office. You will be provided with a laptop and phone for this purpose.

This demanding and challenging recruiter role will focus initially on the recruitment of social workers, expanding to the recruitment of other roles as the demand increases. You will be the key contact with the master vendor agency and monitor the daily operation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

" Working in partnership with the agency, managing the account and contract
" Excellent customer service and support to the master vendor agency and any applicants submitted for FTC or permanent roles
" Devising and implement recruitment campaigns
" Liaising with the master vendor agency in all matters relating to quality and compliance
" Candidate on-boarding
" Maintaining contact with FTC and permanent candidates throughout the process
" Sell the benefits of working with this organisation, with a view to candidate's joining the organisation on a permanent basis

To be considered for this exciting role, you MUST:

" Have proven experience of managing a master vend for permanent and Fixed Term Contracts
" Have a relevant professional membership or be working towards this (CIPD as preference)
" Demonstrate excellent computer skills and be competent utilising MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
" Be able to evidence success working with targets and deadlines

This exceptional role is offering a salary between £27741 to £34728, enhanced annual leave allowance, employee assistance and well-being initiatives, flexible working, pension scheme and continued training and development.

Interviews will be taking place shortly, so, to avoid disappointment, please apply online today.
