Our IT Global client has an contract opportunity for a Recruiter. You will be early in career talent acquisition specialists to deliver a world class hiring experience for their candidates. You will focus on reviewing candidate applications, selecting shortlists, and conducting first round virtual interviews. During these initial stages of the assessment journey, you will focus on an amazing candidate experience aligned to their recruiter metrics. Working as part of a team you will understand roles and identify candidates, tracking progress and maintaining best in class candidate engagement.

This is a hybrid role with some time on site in Reading. Running through to 30th June 2023 with a potential extension to a maximum 18 months total. This role is PAYE paying £141.90 per day with a 5% bonus and benefits of paid holiday, paid bank holidays, paid sick, pension and notice period.
