Salary: £26,000 pa + Bonus

Contract: Permanent

Working hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm & 9am-4pm Friday

Brook street recruitment are delighted to be partnered with the fastest growing company in their field covering Europe and Latin America, Who are looking for a Talent Aquisition Partner to join their expanding business and join a great UK team in Newcastle.

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays an important role in assisting the management of the overall Recruitment operations and the delivery of strategic objectives. They will be primarily responsible for the growth as well as the retention of workforce.

You will work closely with the HR Manager and managers to manage the recruitment and selection process, ensure candidate's attraction, candidate engagement through the recruitment process, employee retention and oversee the exit process of an employee.

About you

• 12+ years' experience in recruitment on sales or key positions
• Knowledge of the job market, job boards, and recruitment trends
• Good interpersonal skills
• Have an excellent understanding of the business
• Organized and methodical
• Curious and innovative
• Quality oriented
• Proficiency in MS office, especially on Excel and PowerPoint
