Brook Street are on the look out for an expert Recruiter with sound knowledge of recruiting within the Marketing & Creative space to join our Central London based office.

Historically, we have been known as specialists within Office Support and Secretarial, however due to our continued success in the Marketing & Creative industry, we are looking for a superstar top billing Recruiter to join us to share your expertise and be part of a very exciting new ongoing project.

As a specialist Marketing recruiter, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with organisations in London and the South of the UK. Through regular contact with Heads of Marketing and decision makers for Marketing and Creative roles, you will gain traction and build an excellent reputation within the industry.

Your KPIs will include sales activity, attending regular marketing networking events and visiting new and existing clients.

To be considered for this position, you must display the following competencies and skills:
- Proven ability to build quick rapport with decision makers and close deals
- Currently billing £10,000+ per month in GP consistently
- Background in recruiting into the Marketing & Creative space

If you are currently a consistent top biller within recruitment but don't have knowledge of Marketing/Creative, or are new to recruitment but have strong sales exposure and sound knowledge of the Marketing & Creative industry, we will happily still consider your application.
