Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our pharmaceutics client to recruit a Recruiter. This is a temporary role based in Reading and will run for 4 months initially.

Salary: £28.00 /hr based on experience

Job Description
In this role you will be working in the HR department on the Talent Acquisition Team supporting them with day to day recruiting and sourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities
" Hiring Manager briefings
" Creation and management of job listings
" Screening and shortlisting applicants
" Interviewing candidates
" Sourcing and pipelining candidates

Candidate Requirements
" Organised
" Pleasant and professional demeanour
" Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
" Can work autonomously but also alongside a team
" Ability to predict future problems or roadblocks and how to overcome them
" Able to meet tight deadlines
" Liaise with all levels of staff

Qualifications
" Minimum of 2 strong years recruitment experience, more preferred
" Capable of handling a high-volume workload
