Job Description

Are you looking for a new opportunity?

We are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Account Co-ordinator to join and a busy department with a fun and lively team; you`ll be based in Watford and will enjoy a great atmosphere.

The working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am until 5.30pm

As part of this exciting position you will be expected to:

Work with Client Manager`s to discuss recruitment necessities to proactively source suitable applicants to meet client requirements while conducting telephone screening for applicants in response to advertising, arranging interviews and conducting when necessary.

Dealing with and co-ordinating responses to ad-hoc contract issues and problems, Implementing HR policies and procedures and carrying out efficient exit procedures.

Manage account finance by providing figures as required and correct invoicing.

Ensure compliance with company, client and legislative requirements and maintain and control accurate data using legislative and company systems.
