Are you a Recruitment Account Manager with recent experience with a Neutral Vendor OR have worked as a Temps Account Manager in an agency - supplying a high volume of temporary staff?

Our urgent role as an Neutral Vendor Account Manager is initially covering a 6 month maternity leave contract responsible for supplying very high volume temporary staff to the UK wide public sector

Supervising a team of 4 resourcers ( remote workers) who deal with the day to day fulfilment of multiple temporary requirements across a variety of public sector companies - you will ensure all SLA's and KPI's are met not only by your team but also your suppliers/agencies within the Recruitment industry.

PLUS

Creating and maintaining an MI Tracker

Help to bed-in a new CRM system

Creating reports and manual tracking for SLA's

Chasing CVs from agencies and chasing client for feedback as required (if problems escalated by the team/client/agencies)

You are the day to day lynch-pin between the agencies and the client - so strong communication skills are key

You will be confident in dealing with any escalated queries/problems and have the ability to make decisions to achieve the best outcome

You MUST have worked in a similar role in a fast paced/high volume Temporary supplier contract - (ideally a Neutral Vendor) but they will also consider candidates from an Agency background who have managed a high volume Temporary supply account

At the end of the maternity role you will then move to another team where you will carry out a similar within the IT recruitment team for the same client

You must be able to show your strong organisational and team supervisory abilities - if you have experience of 1-2-1's that would be ideal but they are happy to train - however experience of setting daily expectations is required

Our client is open to applicants who can work remotely but are happy to attend client meetings (UK wide) as required.
