Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working with our client based in Belfast has an immediate vacancy for a Recruitment Administrator to join their growing recruitment / HR team

The role is full time hours, temporary with a strong possibility that the role will be made permanent
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Belfast`s most historical firms

As this is a recruitment / resourcing role there will be no cold calling to clients, you will be working on established contracts where your role will be to find suitable candidates who are actively looking for work

Assisting with the recruitment of candidates for a variety of contracts, the role will include:

·Candidate registration
·Screening applications
·Maintaining and updating candidate database
·Arranging introductory calls and interviews for candidates
·Navigating CV databases
·Formatting CVs
·Assisting with advertising campaigns
·Handling queries and phone calls
General admin duties

Previous experience working in a demanding role would be preferred, along with an excellent telephone manner and excellent organisational skills

Salary will be dependent on background £22-24k per annum
