Job Description

Are you looking for a Recruitment Administrator role in the Watford area?

We are currently looking to recruit to join a large and busy construction company, within their Human resources department, working with a fun and lively team; you`ll be based in Watford and will enjoy a great atmosphere.

The working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am until 5.30pm

As part of this exciting position you will be expected to:

Supporting the HR Manager and Senior HR Advisors in analysing casework in relation to disciplinary action and grievance issues.

Provide guidance on matters relating to sickness absence, attendance management, maternity, paternity, shared parental and adoption leave.

Organise and schedule disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings.

Support the Senior HR Advisors and HR Manager where required with the preparation of documentation.
