Job Description

This new 10 month FTC has just become available for an experienced Recruitment Administrator working for one of the worlds leading and most high profile charities in Elephant and Castle London SE1

Working within a Recruitment team of 8 within a wider HR function of @30 you will provides Recruitment Administration support to the Recruitment Co-ordinators, Recruitment Manager and Internal Stakeholders

Your main duties will include:
- Provide outcome notifications to applicants at each stage through to on-boarding of the new starter
- Generate appropriate offer letters and contracts
- Support local managers with guidance on DBS/Disclosure/PVG
- Provide guidance and support to Recruiting Managers throughout the recruitment cycle for recruitment campaigns allocated to you and the wider recruitment team.
- Develop relationships with Recruiting Managers to ensure that their needs are identified and solutions are provided

The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous Recruitment Admin experience ideally within the charity sector
- Good general education to NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner with clear, concise and professional communication skills
- Experience of working with set policy and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

£25026 + £2500 London Allowance (pro rata for 10 months)
35 hours per week
