Recruitment Administrator

Location: Fulbourn (Hybrid: initially 3 days office based per week and 2 days remote) Successful candidate must be available and have flexibility to attend the office when required.
Pay Rate: £13.57 per hour
Hours: Normal working hours - Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 (hours will vary on interview days with a typical start time on 7:45am)

About the Role:
Join NHS England as a Recruitment Administrator to support the internal recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage longlisting, shortlisting, and interview planning/delivery.
  • Support the recruitment team with administering interviews (Must be available to be in the office on interview days)
  • Prepare interview materials (Excel spreadsheets, email communications).
  • Email correspondence

Key Skills:

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams (training provided for in-house systems).
  • Strong customer focus and professionalism when working with stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle data accurately and comply with GDPR regulations.
  • comfortable with speaking to candidates online and reading out clear instructions

  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting workloads and priorities.
