Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer

Job Description

A leading Recruitment company within the construction sector is seeking an Administrator / Resourcer to join their busy and well established team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to communicate with people on all levels and be used to work in a busy fast paced and environment.
Daily duties will include;
Distribution and collection of weekly timesheets for Trades & Labour Operatives
" Daily involvement with Consultants and Account Managers
" Sending out daily reports of filled jobs
" Making arrangements for weekly payroll and coordinating with our London office
" Overseeing the compliance of operatives
" Conforming to the rules and regulations of GDPR
" Sending out daily jobs boards with operatives who are starting for us
" Managing job adverts for Trades and Labour operatives with the regions run from Weybridge (Berkshire, Surrey, Kent)
" Ordering of PPE, Point of Sales (Pens, Pads, Coasters, Planners etc) and stationary from our head office
" Arranging open days within Job Centres for Account Managers to attend
" Filling of daily jobs - calling through lists of numbers, referral gathering
" Handling any general day to day enquiries
" An individual who is interested in working and looking to get a long term career within the Construction Recruitment sector
" Someone who is keen to work in a team in a busy, fast paced, reactive environment.
" Standard working hours would be 8:00 till 5:00
" This will be working for a market leader for a Construction Recruitment sector.
