Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor to join our busy team on a temporary basis. This position will be based in Central Woking, Surrey.

You'll play a key role in providing a high quality, proactive administrative recruitment service throughout the organisation. To be responsible for providing accurate recruitment and selection information for both internal and external clients in a customer focused, time sensitive and professional manner.

The main duties for this role (but not limited to) will be the following:

*To provide an efficient recruitment process from advertising stage through to appointment to given time frames and standards without the need for close supervision, referring complex queries to the Recruitment Team Leader.

*Take a proactive approach in providing advice and support to managers throughout the recruitment process. Liaise with managers on recruitment at various stages of activities and provide written reports to the Recruitment Team Leader as requested.

*Ensure all advertisements are placed on NHS jobs website and progressed through short listing, interview and appointment stage, in accordance with agreed processes, protocols and timeframes.

*Liaise and maintain good relationships with the advertising agency/Recruitment agency ensuring that all advertisements are placed in the appropriate media. Provide and evaluation of their service. Check, process and record invoicing for the advertising agency prior to authorisation.

*Ensure that all necessary correspondence relating to the candidates invited for interview has been checked and processed to given time frames and standards i.e. application forms are checked for declarations of convictions or disabilities and letters of invite and references are dealt with.

*Administer all pre-recruitment checks within agreed procedures, timeframes and standards, seeking direction from the Recruitment Team Leader where necessary.

The desirable candidate for this role will have worked within an HR or Recruitment function, preferably within an NHS function.

Standard office hours, Monday to Friday

The hourly rate will be from £9.28p/h, paid weekly in arrears.
