Brook Street are currently looking for Admin Officers to work for a Government Client, based in Abbey Wood.
Main duties include:
-Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report
-Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
-Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required
-Acting as a administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
-Preparing routine correspondence
You will also be acting as a recruiter, by posting adverts and on-boarding successful candidates.
-Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office
-Good communication skills, both oral and written
-Recruitment and HR experience.
This is full time, Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £7.98 per hour, rising to £9.94 per hour after 12 weeks.
This assignment is ongoing until the end of March 2019, but may be extended depending on business needs.
