Our Public Sector client based in Peterborough is seeking a full-time, temporary Recruitment Specialist to join their HR team. The role is expected to last until December 2019. The rate of pay is £13.03 an hour.
For the role you will support the local recruitment leads for the day-to-day management of local recruitment within a geographical area. You will work on recruitment campaigns to reach recruitment targets. You will plan, develop and execute a recruitment plan.
The role will include, but will not be restricted to;
Managing a high workload in a high pressured environment ensuring all deadlines are met.
Working with Trust managers and the HR Managers to develop recruitment plans for business unit areas and plan recruitment needs into the overall recruitment strategy and ongoing work.
Developing and deliver a programme of safe, values based, recruitment training for managers to increase knowledge and confidence as required.
Contributing to reducing the Trust time to hire and the number of candidates who withdraw from offers.
Provide expert HR advice on all areas of recruitment and selection across the trust giving clear and consistent advice to managers and staff on all aspects of recruitment.
Experience of using HR electronic systems (such as NHS Jobs, ESR, Trac) and the " Ability to analyse and interpret information, pre-empt and evaluate issues, and recommend and appropriate course of action to address the issues is desirable
You will be required to have your own transport as you may be required to work in a different location. For the role you will be required to have previous experience in HR with a background in Recruitment. It will desirable to have experience in project management.
The rate of pay is £13.03 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
