Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Recruitment and Resource Officer for a Government Department in Stoke on Trent.

The role is a Temporary, Full time role and is expected to last at least 6-12 months.

Working full time Monday to Friday, 37 hrs per week. Rate of pay starts from £9/£9.51ph and rises to £10.75ph after 12 weeks.

You will working as part of the Recruitment Team so a recruitment and/or Resourcing back ground is needed.

You will be working on on-going recruitment campaigns to attract, pre-screen and select candidates to go for the next stage of the recruitment process.

Your daily role will include the following
" Supporting with Attraction
" Identify and pre-screen candidates
" Short list for Interviews
" Candidate management from Start to End
" Proving insight and analysis for each campaign to management
" Using ratios to ensure levels of candidates interviewed will achieve the offers required
" Supporting with Assessment days
" Day to Day administration, including Offer Letters, Interview invites and queries.

This role would ideally suit people with a back ground in recruitment and or resourcing. Occasional Travel will be required.

Essential Criteria
You must have current photo ID
You must be completely reference checkable for the last 3 years and be able to provide contact details for previous employers.
You will need to pass a Basic DBS, Cost of £25.00
