***Recruitment and Resourcing Coordinator***

Temporary role for 6 months initially

Based in Bedford MK41

Pay Rate: £13.03 going up to £15.55 after 12 weeks.

Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week

Working for one of our Public Sector Clients we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcing Coordinator to work within Human Resources, reporting to the Head of HR.

Responsibilities to include but not be limited to:
" Coordinate all recruitment activity within the trust as required
" Contribute to design and implement appropriate recruitment strategies, policies and procedures to managers at all levels with the support of the Head of HR.
" Coordinate and deliver an effective and compliant recruitment procedure and assist with resourcing strategies and solutions.
" Management of the Recruitment Administrators and Recruitment Support Assistants.
" Dealing with their annual leave, sickness absence, grievance and disciplinary matters.
" Completion of mandatory training and appraisals as required.
" To chair and coordinate regular recruitment team meetings with the support of the HR Services Manager.
" Payroll.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years working in a HR/Recruitment environment and have experience of supervising other team members work and delegation.

We are looking for someone with outstanding attention to detail, able to work under pressure, have effective time management and able to organise own work with the ability to delegate to direct reports.

Previous experience of working within the public sector, ideally the NHS.
