We are looking for a of recruitment assessor to join us here at Brook Street during a very busy period of growth for a large, local organisation in Nottingham City Centre for a minimum 6 month contract with the possibility of a permanent role.
You will support running the assessment centres on site, your role will include conducting a presentation to candidates to give them an overview to the business they could be working in, be interviewing candidates face to face and assisting in all elements of the assessment process on site
You may also be required to telephone screen candidates in the branch when not involved in the assessments therefore you need to be flexible in your daily duties, easily able to adapt to an ever changing role where no 2 days are the same!
This is a fun role, where you will get involved with candidates and hiring managers on a daily basis. Full training will be given by the experts in the branch before we let you go onsite we will ensure you are comfortable in all elements of the Assessment Centres and fully up to speed with the company we are working alongside as they go through an exciting growth period.
You will be able to multi task, be polite, professional and most of all you will get as excited as us about working closely with this organisation.
