Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant, preferably with recruitment experience or a strong administrative background, for our client based in Portsmouth.

The role is likely to last for around 2 months working 9am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.

The successful Recruitment Assistant will be highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Recruitment Assistant Duties:

  • Liaising between client departments and applicants
  • Updating candidates on application progress
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Uploading Adverts
  • Ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Ensuring all paperwork is processed promptly

Recruitment Assistant - the ideal candidate:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to advertise jobs in an attractive manner
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to communicate at all levels

As a HR assistant you'll receive:

  • £8.92 per hour
  • Holiday Pay
  • Monday - Friday only (No Weekends!)
