Are you an experienced Recruitment Resourcer with strong communication skills?
We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to provide support to our clients Talent and HR team. This role will have a direct impact on the ability to carry out a range of exciting scientific and technical research projects, by helping to ensure they are best placed to attract talented staff within Science, Engineering, IT and a range of other disciplines. This position is temporary for initially 4 months and working full time Monday-Friday 37 hours a week and offering an hourly rate of £12.49/hour.
You will provide high quality comprehensive advice and support to hiring managers on the full recruitment life cycle, including advising on advertising, candidate attractions strategies, interviews and ability tests. You will also ensure a high quality candidate experience, by providing information and support from the point of application to on boarding.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within a recruitment environment, including providing recruitment advice and support, implementing effective candidate attraction strategies, writing engaging adverts, reviewing CVs and arranging interviews.
This role is within a government organisation and to be considered for this role you need to complete our compliance procedure as well as a DBS security check.
