Branch Manager - Commercial Temp & Perm division - based in Central London, Flagship Branch


Are you an Experienced Recruitment Manager who can lead, develop and coach your team to further success?

o Do you have knowledge of both Temp & Permanent recruitment, working with Local and National Clients?
o Do you want to be a part of an extensive network of branch Managers, sharing information and best practice to improve our delivery and efficiencies?

The Branch Manager of our Central London Hub is responsible for Brook Streets brand delivery for SMB business, across all verticals within the commercial sector and you will be expected to maximise GP opportunity throughout your client base in each of these core areas.

You will manage a team of 8 Consultants, who work across general business and National Accounts. You will be an experienced Coach, Leader and mentor, focused on developing your team to their full potential, investing your time in supporting them to deliver and exceed on expectations.

o Drives system adoption and utilisation

Experience Required

To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience delivering recruitment solutions, and providing talent attraction campaigns to clients. As well as this, the successful candidate will have previously led a high performing recruitment team, through coaching and development of the team and have a full understanding of the local market and sectors.
You will be part of London team led by an extremely motivational Regional Manager, and gain support and best practice ideas from our other Managers across the Country. You will also collaborate with local offices to ensure we are providing full service options to our clients across the area.
