Brook Street is delighted to be working with our Belfast client to recruit an HR Recruitment Partner for their expanding HR Team

Job purpose would give the candidate hired overall responsibility to drive and manage the full-cycle process of recruitment, on-boarding, and employee support within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a single point of contact for hiring managers and all recruitment requirements.
Develop new recruitment procedures as required.
Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates.
Revise selection matrix used in supporting recruitment.
Assisting with preparation of interview questions for various disciplines and functions.
Advise and coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
Support HR and Operations with recruitment and workforce planning to ensure effective resources are maintained across the Group.
Support ongoing recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions & person specs, advertising roles, liaising with People & Skills etc.
Chair/lead of the interview panel, supporting hiring managers in the recruitment selection process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour legislation, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant Support the on boarding off all staff.
Attending conferences, seminars, job fairs and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve challenges affecting recruitment procedures.
Fair employment monitoring yearly returns.


Criteria:

CIPD preferred but not essential
HR Experience is essential
Recruitment and Selection Experience
Able to work in a pressurised environment

Salary will depend on experience - immediate start for the right candidate
