Job Description

I have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Candidate Manager to join a well-established and growing recruitment business, based in St Albans.

Salary is 20k plus good commission, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step in their career in recruitment.

This is not a sales role and you wouldn't be pushed into finding business. You should be really bright and able to identify good people on LinkedIn and talk to them professionally. You will receive training in the IT areas they work in. You must have an excellent speaking voice and a great telephone manner. This is a fast-paced working environment so you will need to be well organised and able to communicate well as part of a team.

You will be working with hardworking, highly motivated, high performing Consultants but within a non-corporate culture, who all share the same drive and passion that successfully typify the company. A healthy work/life balance is promoted within the company.

There is also free onsite parking and easy commute to St Albans station from the business premises.
