Job Description

Brook Street are looking for a temporary Recruitment Co-Ordinator to work within the Health Education England a temporary basis based in North Bristol.

The Recruitment Co-Ordinator will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating the recruitment process for new medical trainees for two national areas for Wessex - Cardiothoracic Surgery and Paediatric Cardiology. The Recruitment Co-Ordinator will also provide professional advice to candidates and senior clinicians involved in the recruitment process. The role involves understanding a range of complex issues regarding recruitment regulations, monitoring requirements of Health Education England and, service delivery needs of Trusts.

Responsible for independently preparing and administering all recruitment activity; organising interviews and scoring days; including sourcing venues, liaising with external stakeholders and contributors at all levels. Attendance at national recruitment meetings as required Create and maintain vacancies through the Oriel online recruitment system, taking appropriate action at each stage of the recruitment process. Develop and maintain systems to monitor fill rates. Support the Recruitment & Workforce Manager analyse and extract data to present to stakeholders.

Activities include:

" Liaising with national consultant leads and regional contacts.
" Booking assessment centre venues
" Maintain adequate records, ensure appropriate systems & processes are in place to ensure reports are generated accurately and effectively on a range of key recruitment and assessment procedures and activities.
" Responsible for developing and maintaining sections of the web pages liaising with the information team personnel and Programme Managers.
" Responsible for the management and handling of expenses and procurement of recruitment related items using the Oracle and IPROC systems.
" Producing high quality documentation to support the work of the team using appropriate Microsoft software and adopting corporate standards and styles.

The Recruitment Co-ordinator will assist the Recruitment & Workforce Manager and Programme Teams to appoint senior educators including Training Programme Directors and Heads of School.

This temporary assignment is ongoing until 28/04/2020 and will pay £9.28ph for the first 12 weeks raising to £10.79 thereafter.
