Job Description

JOB: Recruitment Co-ordinator, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, one day a week in the office on Wednesday`s
LOCATION: West Sussex (2 days in office / 3 working from home)
SALARY: up to £30k dependant on experience + excellent employee benefits
CLIENT: Award winning company dealing with employee benefits and financial services.
DUTIES: As a recruitment co-ordinator you will be responsible for all aspects of the administration and communication throughout the recruitment process for internal and external applications. You will be organised and able to multi task dealing directly with agencies arranging interviews, pre screens and offers of employment.. You may be required to be part of the interview process so communication is key as is the ability to give constructive feedback when required.
ABOUT YOU: You may have a background in recruitment or HR and be able to speak with confidence to recruiters regarding contracts, tenders and pricing.
You will be organised with exceptional administration skills and the ability to use all MS packages.
A background in recruitment or HR is desirable but not essential.
Immediate start 12 month FTC.
