We are recruiting for Internal Recruitment Coordinator to assist with resourcing for Management positions for our client. This is a temporary contract that has the ability to start immediately for the right candidate until the end of August 2022. There is also the possibility of this role being extended depending on the contract.

FLEXIBLE WORKING OFFERED - FULL OR PART TIME/WORKING FROM HOME!

This position could either be part or full time depending on experience. The hours could be 9.00am - 5.00pm Mon - Fri or 23/24hrs per week working x3 full days or 5 part time days.

Salary: £10.00PH

THE JOB PURPOSE

You will be supporting the Head of Recruitment resourcing for Senior Management Roles

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicating with Hiring Managers on the needs for their role
• Resourcing and CV Sifting through potential candidates of Management level
• Compiling offer letters
• Raising Contracts of Employment

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Ideally previous working History in Recruitment, including resourcing.
• A high attention to detail
• Experience of working in a targeted, pressurised and busy environment
• Ability to undertake various projects to completion
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• IT literate
• Reliable and friendly
