This Hemel Hempstead based recruitment agency are looking to add a recruitment consultant to their friendly, ambitious, growing team.

They work within IT recruitment and are looking to expand due to increased demand for their services.

The role will include heel both candidates and clients, matching candidates to client`s needs, assessing their suitability and setting up interviews and obtaining feedback from both parties.

The ideal candidate will be confident, have a strong work ethic alongside both sales ability and the desire to do well and progress within the company.

The requirements for this role are, 1-3 years experience in a recruitment role, Ideally within IT but not essential. Excellent verbal and written English and a desire to succeed in a competitive environment

The salary range is dependent on experience and ability but would range between £20,000-£25,000 per annum.
