As a recruiter you will need to have a flair for sales with excellent communication skills via telephone, email and in person. You will be dealing with Clients at a variety of levels of seniority and candidates of all abilities.

Don`t worry if you haven`t got previous experience in recruitment; we provide industry-leading training and development.

You will however need to have sales experience and hold a Full Driving Licence to enable you to go out to meet with decision makers and develop new business in the local area.
