Job Description
Role - Recruitment Consultant
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.45am to 5.30pm
Location: Based in central Tunbridge Wells (will include travel to the Maidstone area)
A fantastic opportunity for a driven, motivated and passionate sales candidate has become available to join a well-established and successful recruitment agency in Tunbridge Wells.
We are looking for a hardworking, proactive candidate who is able to manage a busy work load while staying calm under pressure with excellent communication skills. You will be highly organised and self-motivated.
The role requires you to support and ensure the successful running of a desk by utilising your customer service, sales, admin and communication skills.
Daily duties include:
-Meeting Sales Targets
-Registering Candidates
-Sourcing Candidates for roles
-Building working relationships with candidates and clients
-Liaising with clients on the phone, face-to-face and email
-Completing a range of administration tasks
-Managing Payroll
-Help support and increase the database of clients
