Brook Street are proud to be partnering with a one of the UK's leading Specialist education recruitment companies. Based in Southampton, they provide permanent & temporary teaching staff to Private and public schools across the UK.

My client is looking for an outgoing, driven and professional person with good people skills who is good at building relationships quickly with candidates and clients. Recruitment Experience would be preferred but not needed as some of their best recruiters have come from a customer service/ Administration backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining communication with clients and candidates.
- Resourcing suitable candidates for roles.
- Payroll
- New business calls

Work Hours:
Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to be flexible and be able to work between the Hours of 7am to 5pm. Our client do a 4.30pm finish one day a week and each consultant is required to do one shift of 9.30am to 7pm a week. The hours in School half terms and holidays are 9am to 3pm.

In return for your hard work our client offers a competitive Salary of £19,000 - £20,000. In addition you will receive 25 days holiday, Birthday and Bank holidays off, plus other great benefits.
