Recruitment Consultant

Salary Negotiable with Bonus structure - OTE 30k Per Annum

Location - Hull/Doncaster

We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, if you are a passionate individual with a hunger for success or thrive on sales and winning new business, and then this could be the career for you.
As a recruiter you will need to have a flair for sales with excellent communication skills via telephone, email and in person. You will be dealing with clients at a variety of levels of seniority and candidates of all abilities.

If you do have previous recruitment experience then this will be an advantage but if not, do not worry; we provide industry-leading training and development.

We will require sales experience and a full UK Driving Licence to enable you to go out to meet with decision makers and develop new business in the local area.

Here at Brook Street we offer a new exciting way of working, you will be provided with a laptop and mobile phone once training is completed. We offer a remote working environment, approximately 2 days a week remote from home and then 3 days at our Doncaster Branch.

You will need to be happy to travel to Doncaster each week.
