Job Description
Position: Recruitment Consultant - Public Sector (Uxbridge)
Location: 30 Windsor St, Uxbridge UB8 1AB
Salary: £18,000
Hours: 9am- 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Role Summary:
- Has the ability to find appropriate candidates to meet the needs for the client.
- Can vet and process candidates against stringent client requirements.
- Adhering to company and client legislative requirements and ensuring compliance.
- Managing the overall candidate process; from interviewing to placement in the new role.
- Dealing with sometimes complex and sensitive situations and being able to handle them in a professional manner.
Skills/ Requirements:
- A background in recruitment or account management would be advantageous but not essential.
- Is confident speaking on the phone and engaging with people from different backgrounds.
- Can follow detailed instructions and adhere to client procedure.
