We are excited to be advertising for our newest member of staff to join our growing team here at Brook Street Telford.

As a consultant you will fit our team dynamic if your hard working, have a sales focus, are fun loving, friendly, outgoing, gregarious & thrive on offering an excellent customer experience.

Working within a busy team here at Telford Branch, your remit is to contribute to developing our commercial/office based temporary department.
This will involve business development in Shropshire, both over the phone & face to face, together with resourcing excellent candidates to fulfil your clients requirements.

Face to Face business development
Identifying business opportunities
Client meetings and relationship building
Working to targets and KPI`s
Recruiting and Resourcing excellent candidates
360 degrees recruitment process , including payroll
Arranging interviews / Interview preparation
Representing your clients to recruit top class candidates
