To be a successful Recruitment Consultant you MUST share our clients passion and enthusiasm for developing relationships with current and prospective clients and candidates, matching the two together perfectly.

You MUST have a strong background in business development/sales or recruitment and be an energetic and positive individual who always strives to succeed, you love the thrill of smashing targets and seeing your candidates start along their chosen career path.

Due to the nature of this role YOU MUST be a driver with your own transport (mileage allowance will be paid).

In exchange for your energy and enthusiasm our client is keen to reward you for hard work, therefore they are offering a competitive salary of £18,000 - £21,500 + quarterly bonus (uncapped) + 21 days holiday (plus Christmas shutdown + pension + childcare vouchers!!!
