We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant who ideally have a minimum of 6 months experience and an excellent understanding of the end-to-end 360 perm recruitment cycle.
This will be a fast-paced role driving excellent delivery for our established clients, but also working to generate new business for the team.
We're interested in speaking to recruiters working in all industries.
Managing your perm desk, you'll be working on vacancies, searching for all levels of professionals using our in-house database of candidates, job boards, advertising, and social media - sourcing the way you see fit.
You will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates before submitting them to your clients and managing the recruitment process from thereon in through to offer and onboarding stage, ensuring the highest quality of customer service is given to both candidates and clients throughout the process.
You'll also have the exciting task of identifying business development opportunities.
Essentially, you'll spend your day working in a dynamic, lively environment, speaking with a variety of professionals from all levels of their field and enjoying the satisfaction that comes with helping them to find their ideal role.
