Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Salary: £19,000 - £20000 p/a + Uncapped Bonus Structure

The Role:

- To understand and match to the needs of the clients and candidates to provide a quality tailored recruitment service

- To maximise revenue and ensure profitability through sales, marketing and placements

- To generate new business opportunities through telephone and face to face sales

- To maintain and maximise existing business potential while growing the business through new business opportunities

- To recruit quality candidates through a planned recruitment strategy


The Company:

You will join a team of 6 dedicated staff in helping the branch achieve its daily goals and expectations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment consultant to take over a thriving social care desk, in the centrally located Newcastle office.

You will use your excellent skills and experience to gain new business and work alongside our existing clients and applicants.

Role Requirements:

A minimum of 1 years experience in face to face or telephone sales
A `Can Do` attitude
Drive and determination to succeed
Ability to build and maintain working relationships
Excellent customer service skills
