We (Brook Street) are a National based employment agency looking to employ a recruitment consultant to work on all our permanent roles (vacancies) on behalf of our clients within the Social Care Sector.

**We are looking for people with experience from high street recruitment backgrounds or experience from strong sales background mainly telephone or field based of selling products or services.

**You will be spending most of your time canvassing clients either new or current with existing business with us.

For this role you will be need the following:
**A good telephone manace is highly recommended.
**You will need to be proactive with our clients and a confident speaker over the telephone.
**Build relationships with clients and
** Be a good listener and confident enough to be asking questions to ascertain our clients requirements.
