As a recruiter you will need to have a flair for sales with excellent communication skills - via phone, email and in person - as you will be dealing with clients in a variety of levels of seniority and candidates of all abilities. Don`t worry if you don`t have previous experience in sales, we provide industry-leading training and development at our Head Office.

A driving licence is essential to enable you to visit our many clients through-out North Yorkshire.
