The role of a Recruitment Consultant is a sales-based role so yes, we expect you to pick up the phone but its more than that. We give you the autonomy to run a desk as it your own business with the support of your manager and our internal training and development team. There is ongoing training in all aspects of the role, so you never feel out of depth.
