You will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
You will have strong time management, the ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing demands
You will have excellent customer service skills with a desire to put people first, going further to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything you do
You will be a strong negotiator, with a dedicated growth mindset and a passionate and driven attitude

Recruitment experience is not essential for this role as full training will be provided. We are interested in meeting with individuals who have real flair and passion for speaking with new people daily as this is where you will spend most of your time speaking with candidates and clients via telephone and face to face.
